Founded by Wein in 1954, the festival is referred to as the granddaddy of music festivals. This year's line-up features jazz stars, including Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Chick Corea, Jamie Cullum, Maria Schneider, Chris Botti, Ahmad Jamal and Anat Cohen plus many others. The festival kicks off with a call concert at the International Tennis Hall of Fame on Friday, August 6th, and then continues on the Saturday and Sundat at Fort Adams State Park where there are three stages of music, plus crafts and food booths.
